Roasted Aparagus

Toasty, Roasted Asparagus. Simple and delicious. We love to tell you enjoy your veggies! They way we cook these kid dreaded vegetable, any kid will beg for more. Even you hard-headed adults who don’t consume their daily recommended 5 cups of leafy greens, hearty roots, & juicy fruits. For you busy bees, toss this in the oven, BAM, you’re done. You don’t have to measure anything. No excuses! Anyone want to counter that?

Roasted Asparagus

 

  • A handful of asparagus
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Freshly Ground Pepper for sprinkling
  • Salt for sprinkling
  • A handful of red onion

 

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Clean and prepare asparagus & red onions, line asparagus on a baking sheet

3. Drizzle olive oil all over baking sheet

4. Sprinkle pepper and salt then toss asparagus & red onion together lightly

5. Bake for 25 mins or until crispy, but tender
