Oreo Truffles

Entertaining for a party? Try making some oreo truffles. We didn’t even get a chance to set them on a pretty plate before all of them disappeared. Literally, the minute it came out of the freezer, within a blink of an eye, these truffles were inhaled by a bystander. Yes, these are crazy delicious. Which is our explanation on why we only have pictures of oreos on foil. No one will say no to chocolate and oreos, no one.

Oreo Truffles

  • 1 package oreos
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 bag of semisweet chocolate
  • 1 bag of white chocolate

1. In a food processor (or with your hands) mash up the oreos into tiny, tiny crumbs

2. Once the oreo is at a crumby consistency add in the cream cheese

3. Roll into balls and freeze for 15 minutes

4. Meanwhile, melt the semisweet chocolate

5. After 15 minutes take the oreo balls out of the freezer and dip them into the semisweet chocolate

6. Return to the freezer for another 10 minutes

7. Take them out and drizzle the white chocolate using a fork or a spoon

8. Freezer for 1-2 hours and serve right before dessert
