Kimchi Fried Rice

Its been a while since our last post. School has started for us and we had to move. Because of our recent transition, we plan on make a transition to rated kb as well. Thank you to you all who supported us and continue to support us! We would not be posting new posts if it weren’t for you guys !

 

Kimchi Fried Rice 

2 cups of rice

1/4 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (we used peas and broccoli florets)

1/2 can of spam

2 teaspoons of sriracha

2 cloves garlic

1/2 an onion

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1/4 cup of well fermented kimchi

1 tablespoon kimchi liquid

1 tablespoon Sempio Yoondu flavoring sauce or soy sauce

2 eggs

salt & pepper to taste

 

Preparation 

 

1. Cut and dice onions and garlic. Prep your mixed veggie

2. Beat eggs

3. Cut up kimchi

4. Fry the kimchi onions and garlic together in sesame oil. Toss in diced spam

5. Once you smell the aroma of the garlic and onions, add the rice and frozen mixed vegetables. Add the sriracha

6. Push the rice to the side and fry the beaten eggs mix throughly and serve on a plate.
