Cajun Fries

Have you ever wondered how wing stop makes those deliciously sweet and savory fries that they serve with their wings? Yum Yum right? Replication was inevitable. Well now you have an excuse to stay home and cook it yourself.


Cajun Fries 

3 Ruset Potatoes cut into match sticks

3-4 tablespoon of Creole Seasoning

Salt & Pepper to taste




1. Cut potatoes into match sticks and leave soaked in water before deep frying

2. Heat oil to 350 F and drop fries into the oil. Once fries are golden brown set on a paper towel in a bowl to drain




3. Sprinkle creole seasoning onto the fries



4. Toss lightly and serve
